We are very happy that our new research paper manages to approach the Syrian Civil War through the realist theory approach of International Politics. As far as we know, it is the first time that a there is coherent approach in this respect in an international peer review journal dealing mainly with International Relations. For the non familiar reader it is a good starting point in order to understand the dominant theory of International Politics matched with the current unfolding events in Syria.
